Discount Directory promotion
Terms and Conditions:
- All discount directory members are entitled to 25% off the fee of an initial visit to Fine Form Physiotherapy. Initial fee is usually $80, with the discount members will pay only $60.
- This discount is applicable only to the initial visit to the clinic, if subsequent visits are required standard fees apply
- This discount is valid for one time use per customer only
- Promotion is valid between 01/11/2011 till 31/12/2011
- Initial consultations last between 45mins-1hr for all patients
- Discount Directory member will receive full consultation and treatment just like any other full fee paying patient
