Synthetic (fibreglass) Casting and Fracture Management

Kenneth, our physiotherapist, is well trained in the application of synthetic and plaster casting.

We offer the option of  water-proof fibreglass casts, which are a tougher and lighter material than traditional plaster casts. They have the added benefit of being water-proof which makes the process much more convenient.

Often, after removal of the cast, there will be joint stiffness and muscle wasting. We also provide post-removal rehabilitation to regain joint mobility and muscle strength.
