Spinal Pain

Neck and back pain are the most common conditions people visit us for. Our Physiotherapists are highly experienced in managing these conditions and use treatments such as joint mobilisation/ manipulation, exercises, soft tissue therapy, and patient education to return you to 100%. Self treatment strategies are very important in the progress to restoring pain free movement and function in the spine and we will guide you appropriately with a specific program tailored to you.


Fracture management

We provide synthetics water-proof casts for fractures of the hand, wrist, elbow and ankle/foot. They are waterproof and lightweight which makes the process much more convenient. Often, after removal of the cast, there will be joint stiffness and muscle wasting. We also provide post-removal rehabilitation to regain joint mobility and muscle strength.

We are passionate about injury prevention and managing sports specific injuries. We offer biomechanical assessments for running and golf swing analysis. We can also assess your walking and provide custom made orthotics for everyday and sports useage.
