Brigitte is a experienced Pilates and Chiropractic Instructor, with a well round skill set to help clients with a  range of injuries and concerns as well as pre/post natal Pilates.

Brigitte has a passion for Pilates and one thing Brigitte loves is that Pilates is for everyone and a great way to get people moving in order to reduce the chance of injury but also to help  the progress from injury.

Brigitte first got into Chiropractic after a neck injury which stopped Brigitte from completing a elite gymnastics level. This fired the passion to want to help others reduce their pain and to help them achieve their goals, and i find that Pilates is a great way in keeping our bodies moving, strengthening the core, improving mobility, balance, flexibility and control.
