Courtney Hermosura, Pilates Instructor

Courtney has over 14 years working in the Fitness Industry. I have worked for many years with leading professionals in the Industry and have come from a background of Injury Rehab, Sports Specific Training, Pilates, Weight Loss, Fitness and everything else that encompasses the fitness side of life. With a well-rounded skill set to help clients with a range of injuries, illnesses and concerns as well as pre/post natal Pilates. Since having my two sons I have a new appreciation for the juggle of your own health and fitness as a mum as well as caring for your kids and family.

Courtney has a passion for empowering women and seeing them place value on who they are and to help them see the importance of their role in their family, training many, many ladies of all ages and the common thread is they would do anything for anyone else in their lives and put themselves last. Helping change the perspective and helping women to see just how vital they are in their world and if they take a little bit of time to prioritise themselves, they are giving others the greatest gift which is a happy and healthy you!!

My other loves in life are firstly my two little boys and my husband, my (large) extended family, friends, food of almost any kind, coffee and the beach

Olivia Hammerschmidt, Pilates Instructor

Olivia’s passion for helping others achieve their health goals started at a young age. With her own first injury at age 9, then later breaking 2 of my left toes, and my left side of collarbone, then years later 2 broken ribs on my left hand side and a few years on again, a meniscus tear on my left knee!  All these injuries over time were making one side of my body overcompensate for the side that had the injuries and I developed pelvic torsion.

Living with such exaggerated dysfunctional moving patterns affected my daily life and mood. It has taken regular work with both pilates and yoga to fix all this, and now I still need to maintain it.

Olivia’s understanding of injuries and the resulting dysfunctional moving patterns and postural issues, have helped Olivia enjoy being able to help others achieve their body goals, whether it is to sculpt and tone, improve posture or remediate dysfunctional movement patterns or just to move with more ease.

In addition to focusing what needs to be done to improve clients’ specific issues, you will find a class with Olivia to be fun, invigorating and enhancing your overall wellbeing.
