Online Meditation Classes
Here at Fine Form, we understand the importance of mindfulness in todays environment and how important it is in aiding recovery from injury, child birth, post-op and many other of lifes stressors. With an online meditation class, you can zen out in the comfort of your own home and not have to worry about how you’re going to drive in such a blissful state. Finally, meditation classes near me!
EVERY WEEK our Co-owner/Studio Manager, Suzy will take you through a guided online meditation class in the hope to alleviate stress, enhance mood, increase immunity, improve focus/creativity, generate healing, foster positive mindset and connect with a supportive community.

Classes are held on Zoom. Wednesday at 7.15pm (commencing 24th November), Thursdays at 11am and Saturdays at 2.30pm. Allow for 30 minutes. You may attend one or as many as you like, the choice is yours, however the content is the same in all classes.
Thursday classes are FREE. Wednesday and Saturday classes are $10 each.
What to bring
Whatever helps you to be comfortable, blankets, pillows, a beverage of choice.
How to book
Email email@example.com and she will set you up with a Zoom link and organise payment if necessary. RSVP is essential so that the minimum class numbers are met. If you need to cancel before the meditation class starts, or can’t make every week that’s ok but please do email us to let us know in advance.
