At Fine Form Physiotherapy, we offer the best equipped Pilates room specifically dedicated for small customised classes. Our Reformer classes are an amazing way to improve strength and flexibility whilst having fun. Whilst using our Reformers you will work on muscle tone, balance, alignment and core strength. Our amazing Instructors work on a tailored sessions to suit your individual strength and flexibility. Our class sizes are limited to a maximum of 5 students, this is to ensure the needs and goals are tailored for our students. Bookings are essential, and all classes are up to 1hr in duration.
