At the consultation time the Physiotherapist will video call you on PhysiApp. Don't worry, all you have to do is click on the link to join a secure chat. The video is encrypted at each end too, so it's super-secure! The session will begin with a patient history, where we will discuss your issue and will include some self performed physical assessments (under the direction of the physiotherapist). Once a diagnosis has been established, we will develop a treatment plan for you. The physiotherapist will then go through your treatment plan and guide you through your exercise program. All subsequent consultations will follow a similar model until you're fully recovered. While it does not replace our hands-on physiotherapy treatment we will do the very best we can to provide you with the best treatment.

What is a Telehealth Consultation?

These online appointments are essentially a normal physiotherapy consultation but over a secure video connection using your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
